Workouts

Are you a fan of my fitness page FIT MAMAs on facebook? If so you have been seeing all month long my daily workout move posts. If you aren't I would suggest "liking" the page right now ;) It is a fitness page for anyone interested in fitness tips & motivation.


ANYWAYS! I have been posting the workout videos on my blog everyday but they are not on my main page. They are under the "A Workout Move a Day to Blast the Fat Away" tab. Go see them HERE

We are on day 21 so there are still ten days left of the series.
